Ambulant disabled and wheelchair users are offered a companion ticket when needed. Not all of these are available online so please contact the Albion Booking Line.
Please note, away matches often have different concession tickets available. Please see the individual pages for away games in the Coming Up section to see what is on offer.
What do you class as 'Disabled'?
Our disability policy is based on the levels of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) that the supporter receives as set out by the Government. If you are in receipt of Middle Rate or Highest Rate you are entitled to a free ticket for a companion to assist you.
Ambulant disabled and wheelchair user tickets cannot be booked online. Please contact the Albion Booking Line.
If you have a specific query regarding access at the Amex please contact Supporter Services on 0844 324 6282 or by emailing email@example.com.
What are loyalty points and why do I need them to purchase a ticket to certain games?
Loyalty points are awarded for each match you come and are counted once you join an official club membership scheme. To purchase tickets to some of Albion's biggest games you will need to have an official Club Membership and at times of peak demand you may require a certain number of loyalty points. We do this to make sure the regular fans are rewarded for their attendance. For full details click here.
How can I obtain a refund?
Matchday tickets (home & away games) can be refunded in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club if received a minimum of seven working days before kick-off. Season ticket holders are not eligible for a refund on individual matches. Platinum, Gold and Silver level membership is non-refundable. Any season ticket refunds that are issued are done so entirely at the discretion of the club and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Tickets and/or smartcards are not transferable. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the consent of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
I have been sent a plastic card. Where is my ticket?

I've lost my smartcard/season ticket card/ticket. How can I still get in to watch the match?

Away tickets will be available to all registered fans that meet the required number of Seagulls Loyalty Points. Away tickets are available online, over the phone and from the ticket office at the Amex.
Are there any booking charges?
Tickets bought online attract a £1 per ticket fee. Tickets bought over the phone or in person at the Amex attract a £1.50 per ticket fee.
Why do I have to give a name for every ticket I purchase?
Fans can purchase only a limited number of tickets per account holder. Tickets need to be purchased under the correct Fan Number in order to receive the relevant loyalty points.
I want to purchase multiple tickets online. How do I do this?
In order to purchase a ticket for another fan they must give you permission to do so. The easiest way to do this is via Friends & Family within the online ticket store. It is the responsibility of the fan having the ticket purchased for them to add the fan making the purchase on to their Friends & Family list.
