The new ticket system requires that all tickets are allocated to an individual named account holder.
In the future this will lead to a loyalty and reward scheme reflecting purchase history and attendance, and may impact on future ticket allocations.
If you wish to purchase tickets for a group, including yourself, friends and family, you will need to follow our Friends & Family guide.
Once you are fully registered, and any other people you wish to purchase for are linked to your account, you should login to your ticket account to begin your purchase.
BUYING HOME MATCH TICKETS
1. Go to the match and either:
a. Select View Stadium Plan for the specific game and select the seat(s) in which you wish to sit (it will turn blue).
OR
b. Select the Stand and Block that you wish to sit in and the system will select the seat(s) on your behalf.
2. Click on the Basket or Checkout option on the right of the screen.
3. You will need to allocate each ticket to an individual Customer and select their Price Band using the drop down menu, and then click the Update Basket button.
4. Then click Checkout and enter your credit/debit card details, check the terms and conditions box and click Confirm Order.
BUYING AWAY MATCH TICKETS
NB: You need to be a Gold, Blue, White or Young Seagulls member to purchase advance away match tickets. Gold, Blue and Young Seagulls members may also qualify for priority. Please see the Coming Up section of the official site for full details.
1. Go to the match and enter the number of tickets you require.
2. Click on the Basket or Checkout option on the right of the screen.
3. You will need to allocate each ticket to an individual Customer and select their Price Band using the drop down menu, and then click the Update Basket button.
4. Then click Checkout and enter your credit/debit card details, check the terms and conditions box and click Confirm Order.
QUICK TIP! Once your logged in, you can check/update your personal details or change your password. It is worth doing this from time to time, and is very important you keep us informed of any changes in personal details, such as address, phone number or email.
