Please note, away matches often have different concession tickets available. Please see the individual pages for away games in the Coming Up section to see what is on offer.

What do you class as 'Disabled'?
Our disability policy is based on the levels of 'Disability Living Allowance' (DLA) that the supporter receives as set out by the Government. If you are in receipt of 'Middle Rate' or 'Highest Rate' you are entitled to a free ticket for a companion to assist you.

Ambulant disabled and wheelchair user tickets cannot be booked online. Please contact the Ticket Office.

For details of 'Disability Living Allowance' please visit: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/DisabledPeople/FinancialSupport/DisabilityLivingAllowance/DG_10011816

If you have a specific query regarding access at the Amex please contact our disability liaison officer Sally Townsend: sally.townsend@bhafc.co.uk

How can I obtain a refund?
Matchday tickets (home & away games) can be refunded at the discretion of the club up to three days before kick-off. Season ticket holders are not eligible for a refund on individual matches. Season tickets are non-refundable. Any season ticket refunds that are issued are done so entirely at the discretion of the club and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

I have been sent a plastic card. Where is my ticket?
The majority of home fans will gain access to the Amex via a 'Smartcard' which will store all of your ticketing information. In some circumstances a paper ticket will be issued. Season ticket holders are all issued with a 'season ticket card'. In order to gain access to the ground you will need to bring your smartcard, season ticket card or paper ticket as applicable.

I've lost my smartcard/season ticket card/ticket. How can I still get in to watch the match?
Contact the ticket office in advance or at the Amex and a replacement paper ticket can be purchased at the non-refundable price of £3.00. Replacement smartcard/season ticket cards can be purchased at the non-refundable price of £10.00.

How can I purchase a ticket for an away game?
Away tickets will be available to all registered fans that meet the required number of 'Loyalty Points'. Away tickets are available online, over the phone and from the ticket office at the Amex. Away tickets are not available from the Seagulls Store in Queens Road.

Are there any booking charges?
All online and phone bookings are subject to a £2 booking fee.

Why do I have to give a name for every ticket I purchase?
Fans can only purchase x1 ticket per account holder. Tickets need to be purchased under the correct 'Fan Number' in order to receive the relevant loyalty points.

I want to purchase multiple tickets online. How do I do this?
In order to purchase a ticket for another fan they must give you permission to do so. The easiest way to do this is via 'Friends & Family' within the online ticket store. It is the responsibility of the fan having the ticket purchased for them to add the fan making the purchase on to their 'Friends & Family' list.
