FAQs
Q: How can I obtain a refund?
The club's policy on the return and distribution of unwanted tickets is that tickets will be accepted back no later than seven days prior to the game, on the basis that refunds will be given only if that ticket is resold.
Q: I've lost my ticket. How can I still get into watch the match?
No duplicate tickets are issued before the day of the match. On the day of a match, a duplicate may be issued at the discretion of the Club Secretary for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. A deposit of £20 will be payable. This deposit is refundable on production of the complete original ticket within one month of that match taking place.
Q: How can I purchase a ticket for an away game?
To purchase an away ticket through the club you must either be a Gold, Blue, White, Gully's Gang or Team Stripes Member. Tickets are limited to one per member. Click here for more on Memberships.
Tickets can be bought online, or by phone, fax, post or in person (please note the club reserves the right to limit and change these options on a match to match basis).
Q: Are there any booking charges?
All telephone, faxed or internet purchases will be subject to a £2.00 booking fee.
Q: How will the new ticketing system affect me?
The club's new ticketing system has been put in place with the future very much in mind. Once supporters are used to new procedures & processes, this will give fans more options when it comes to buying tickets both at the ticket office and at the Community Stadium.
With the new stadium on the horizon, the club believes now is the time to establish good practice to ensure everything works smoothly when we kick off in the new stadium in August 2011.
Q: My Customer number 1000456 doesn't work and it won't let me log on to buy tickets?
All customer numbers have changed and those beginning with 100 are now redundant. All new customer numbers begin with 5 or 6.
You will also require a password to log on - to acquire this please contact the ticket office.
Q: Why do I have to give a name for every ticket I purchase?
One major change will be the phasing out of paper tickets and the gradual move to "smart" access control, not just for season ticket holders, but for all our regular supporters.
Eventually each regular supporter will have an access card which will be their own individual card. So when a purchase is made, the ticket for that particular match will be uploaded directly to that card. Only one seat can be uploaded to one card.
The new ticketing system will also allow the club to explore different types of loyalty schemes, enabling supporters to gain priority to particular high profile games along with our season ticket holders.
Q: I want to buy my friend's ticket at the same time as mine online, but the system won't allow me to do it?
You are able to buy tickets online for family and friends, but they must be registered with us first and you will also require their customer number (e.g. 50003997) Once you have logged on you can use the friends and family option on the left hand side of the screen.
Once registered as friends and family you will be able to log on and purchase tickets for anyone who is registered as your friend or family.
For any other questions or queries please contact the ticket office on the number above.
