Albion make two changes to the side that won 2-1 against Walsall on Saturday.
Midfielder Liam Bridcutt makes his Albion debut after signing for the club last week, replacing Agustin Battipiedi.
Matt Sparrow also starts on his return from a three-match suspension. The energetic midfielder replaces Radostin Kishishev, who is suffering from a slight thigh injury.
Russell Slade names former Albion midfielder Dean Cox in the starting line-up, as they both make their first return to Withdean.
Elsewhere, the O's make four changes to the side that won 3-0 against Exeter City at the weekend.
Ex-Albion striker Alex Revell and Scott McGleish drop to the bench, to be replaced by Ryan Jarvis and Jonathan Tehoue.
In defence, Jimmy Smith starts in place of Charlie Daniels, who picked up a knee injury on Saturday, while Ben Chorley drops to the bench to make way for Aaron Brown.
