Albion Women kick-off their Premier League Southern Division campaign at south coast rivals Portsmouth on Sunday 22nd August.
The Seagulls failed to beat Pompey in three meetings last season but will be hoping for a change of fortune this year.
The Women were given just one month off and returned for pre-season in early June following a week of open trials, which saw 17 new players added to the squad. This includes two more graduates from the Girls' Centre of Excellence.
Manager Michael Bridges is aiming to improve on last season's league position which saw the team finish eighth, the club's best finish for five seasons.
He said, "The objectives were clearly set out at the start of the season, and while the club was happy with Premier League survival, I was aiming for a top-four finish.
"Results in the first part of the season meant we were on course for this but injuries took their toll and we tailed off in the later stages of the season.
"The football club's continued support serves as incentive for us to improve on last season's league position, and I want to match their ambition by pushing for promotion to the National Division."
The Women play their first home fixture at Withdean on Sunday 29th August against Charlton in the FA Women's Premier League Cup, with free admission.
