Important Season Ticket Information

Albion's ticket office have begun the process of despatching season tickets for the forthcoming 2010/11 season.

North stand season tickets will feature new smart-card technology, which will also be used at the Amex stadium.

The club is currently preparing additional literature for north stand season ticket holders, explaining how the new system will work. This information will also be available to all fans in due course.

Ticket office manager Paul McGowan commented, "We expect the process of printing, packing and posting the season tickets to take around two weeks, so we would ask fans to be patient and only contact us if they haven't received their tickets by 9th August."

Meanwhile, the club has reconfirmed that the application process for season tickets at the American Express Community Stadium will begin this autumn, but full details are still to be finalised by the board of directors.

Managing director Ken Brown explained, "We are close to finalising those plans, but one thing I can confirm is that the only way to guarantee a ticket at the Amex is to purchase a season ticket or sign up for premium seats as a member of the 1901 Club.

"Once details are fully finalised our season ticket holders will receive an information pack with full details on how they can purchase a ticket.

"The board knows this is an area of huge interest to all of our fans, and to that end it is vitally important we get the process right - but in the meantime I would ask all fans to be patient, wait for the information packs to arrive - and be assured that as our most loyal fans, all of our season ticket holders will be prioritised."
