Full Time: Albion open the pre-season fixture list with a 1-0 win over Burgess Hill Town. The Seagulls dominated possession, and demonstrated some great link-up play in midfield, but squandered some brilliant opportunities to increase the lead.
78: Albion came so close to doubling the scoreline; first through a wicked strike by Alan Navarro - which the keeper could only parry - then the follow-up by Barnes shaved the top of the crossbar.
61: Lewis Dunk taps into the back of the net, only to see the goal ruled offside by the linesman.
60: Sub - Walker makes way for Michael Poke to make his first appearance in Albion colours.
53: Some brilliant link-up play between Jake Caskey and Ashley Barnes sets up a glorious chance for Gary Hart, who failed to keep the ball down from eight yards out.
