Nicky Forster hit a hat-trick as Albion's reserves were comfortable winners over Eastbourne Borough in the Totesport Combination.
Gus Poyet watched from the stand as Forster hit two first-half goals and one just after the interval to put Albion in total control, before Dean Cox hit the fourth goal and Matt Hurley put through his own net to complete the scoring.
Forster opened the scoring after ten minutes, getting behind the Eastbourne back four and latching onto a clever through-ball from Jamie Smith. He planted his shot with the outside of his right foot past the outstretched arm of keeper Chris Winterton, off the post and into the bottom right corner of the net.
Ten minutes later the striker added his second after Cox took advantage of some hesitant Eastbourne defending on the left hand side of the pitch. The diminutive midfielder tried his luck from a tight angle and former Albion trainee Winterton could only parry the ball into the path of Forster, who stooped to head in from close range.
Forster completed his hat-trick nine minutes into the second half. Played in by a brilliant defence-splitting pass from Seb Carole, he calmly rounded Winterton and slotted the ball into an empty net.
Steve Brinkhurst replaced Carole with just under 20 minutes left to play, and it was the winger's low cross that allowed Cox to control and turn in the area before firing the ball through Winterton.
Two minutes later Cox crossed from the right as he looked to pick out Forster in the middle, and Borough captain Hurley turned ball past his own keeper to make it 5-0.
Albion almost added a sixth late on, as the impressive Jamie Smith hit the left-hand post with a curling free kick from the edge of the penalty area.
