Poyet Demands a Reaction

Albion boss Gus Poyet is calling for his side to rectify the 7-1 thrashing they endured against Huddersfield Town earlier in the season by securing victory against the Terriers at Withdean tonight.
Although Poyet was not manager at the time, he acknowledges the defeat at the Galpharm Stadium was humiliating for the club and has demanded a reaction from his players tonight.
He said, "I wasn't here but we were very poor away to Huddersfield earlier in the season.
"The sending off doesn't matter, that's football and you have to learn to play with ten against eleven.
"I think this is a good opportunity to show there is not six or seven goals difference between the two teams, and of course turn it around and show we can beat them.
"We have been at home and outplayed teams in the top six but didn't beat them, so maybe today is one of those where you don't play too good, or you don't create too many chances but you win the game."
The Uruguayan is also eyeing-up the chance to turn around his side's 'embarrassing' home form, with Albion picking up just one point from five League One games at Withdean since his arrival as manager.
"It's very important to get a win and it's one of the key situations right now. We are still doing very well away from home and we're still picking up points, but we don't add any points at home apart from one against Leyton Orient.
"It's getting to the point that it's a little bit embarrassing, so like everyone we are thinking one day this has got to change.
"It's one thing thinking about it but another thing doing it, so we need to make sure we do it tonight against Huddersfield.
"It's going to be difficult as they are really pushing hard to go up, but again it's not about the opposition, it's about what we do."
