New Physio Appointed

Posted on: Tue 30 Jun 2009

By Paul Camillin

Albion boss Russell Slade has appointed former Southampton, Yeovil Town and Aldershot Town man Jim Joyce as the club's new physio.

He replaces long-serving Malcolm Stuart, who retired after more than 30 years' service at the end of last season.

Joyce will be assisted by Paul Watson, who takes up the role of assistant physio, while Matt Miller has been appointed as the club's fitness and conditioning coach.

Slade has also confirmed Tony Godden's appointment as full-time goalkeeping coach. Godden worked with the club on a temporary basis after Paul Crichton left for Norwich City.
