The club is delighted to announce the appointment of a new ticketing partner IRIS TALENT Sport, who are part of IRIS Ticketing Solutions, and regarded as one of the market leaders in the field, with a client list which includes clubs such as Everton, Liverpool, Leeds United and Newcastle United.
The new ticketing site, which will be fully operational within a few days, will enable supporters to buy season tickets, home tickets and away tickets with ease, and give far greater flexibility to supporters, such as allowing users to select individual seats for home games.
The club are also improving the ticketing telephone hotline service, with a new updated system, and managing director Ken Brown commented, "We wanted to improve our ticketing operation, update systems and make buying tickets as easy as possible for fans, for matches at Withdean and when we move to Falmer.
"We have been through a long evaluation period, and the new systems will offer fans a much better service when buying tickets, immediately at Withdean, but also in the future at our new stadium.
"IRIS Ticketing Solutions are highly regarded by other clubs, in football and other sports, and I am sure supporters will be delighted with the new service."
Meanwhile Brown also confirmed the club will be writing to season ticket holders in the few days to invite renewals for the 2009/10 season. Fans will have until mid-June to secure their seats and take advantage of the early-bird prices.
He added, "After securing survival on the final day of the season, we are freezing prices and full details will be included in the renewal package.
"We have looked to make buying a season ticket as easy as possible, including offering supporters the option of spreading payments over five months, as opposed to three."
On receiving renewal packs, the easiest way for existing season ticket holders to renew will be online.
