All five of Albion's new loan signings make their debuts. Mikkel Andersen has the gloves, Matt Heath forms the central defensive partnership with captain-for-the-day Adam El-Abd, while Gary Borrowdale fills the left-back berth.
Al Bangura partners Jason Jarrett in the centre of midfield, with Tom Fraser sliding out to the right. Finally, Lloyd Owusu spearheads the attack with Craig Davies.
Kevin McLeod will start on the left of midfield, while Sam Gargan continues on the bench alongside Adam Hinshelwood.
For Orient, manager Kevin Nugent makes two changes from the side that lost at home to Peterborough in midwek. JJ Melligan and Charlie Daniels return for Jimmy Smith and Andrew Cave-Brown respectively. Former Albion loan striker Wayne Gray is on the bench for the O's.
