Joe Gatting, Wes Fogden and Sam Gargan are the only players with first-team experience to start for Albion against Ryman League newboys Crowborough at the Crowborough Community Stadium.

First-year pros Dan Royce, Kane Wills and Kane Louis are also involved, along with trialist Jack Compton, who featured at Stansted.

5: Gatting can't quite get on the end of a good right-wing cross from Louis.

10: Gatting's snap shot sees Mark Oldroyd make a good save low to his left. Gatting gets to the follow up, but sees his follow-up effort blocked.

23: Fogden, playing at right-back and pushing forward on the right flank, tries his luck with a lobbed attempt which drops over.

38: Crowborough win a free-kick in a dangerous position on the edge of the Albion area, but Wayne Clarke's effort hits the wall.

40: Gatting rises to meet a Brencher cross but heads wide of the mark.

Half-time: Crowborough 0 Albion 0. All square after a fairly even first period.

46: Second half underway. No changes for the Seagulls.

50: Clarke stings the palms of Albion keeper Mitch Walker with a thumping drive on the angle.

60: Clearest opportunity of the game so far. Gatting rounds Oldroyd but drags his left-foot shot wide of the far post.

64: Wills bursts into the area but Drew Crush does brilliantly to deny the midfielder with a last-gasp challenge.

65: Gatting's low free-kick is desperately kept out by Oldroyd on the goal line.

67: Oldroyd dives to his right to turn away a bullet header from Gargan.

71: Gatting picks out Compton after a flowing move, but the trialist stabs the ball wide with only Oldroyd to beat.

76: John Sinclair shows good technique to volley at Walker from 25 yards, but the Albion keeper saves comfortably.

84: GOAL! Wes Tate puts Crowborough ahead from the spot after Ollie Rowe was adjudged to have fouled the midfielder, although it looked like a harsh decision by referee Grant Smith.

90: Full time. Crowborough Athletic 1 Albion 0.
