David Martot is relishing his current role in the Albion side and admits he just wants to keep playing.
The Frenchman featured on the left-hand side of the midfield diamond in the games at Nottingham Forest and Leeds, and says he loved every minute of the high-profile encounters.
"I have never played in stadiums like the City Ground and Elland Road before and it was a great pleasure to play at these venues with large crowds and a great atmosphere that lifts the entire team.
"In France I played in Ligue One for Le Havre but it was nothing like this! I love games like this and want to play in more of them."
The goalless draw with Leeds was a particularly bruising encounter, but like his manager Dean Wilkins, Martot felt Albion could have come away with more than just a draw.
"I think we played well. We were very strong defensively and I think we could have come away with all three points. All the players enjoyed the battle.
"We knew Leeds were a physical side, and that they had some very strong players, including Jermaine Beckford, for us to deal with.
"However, Tommy Elphick and Joel Lynch at the moment are in such good form and when your defensive pairing plays so well it enables the remainder of the team to play with a bit more freedom.
"I took a few knocks in the match but nothing serious. I have now played the last two games and I have enjoyed every moment. It is a great feeling to play in these sorts of games and I just want the next game to come around now!"
