Part-Time Community Coaches

Albion in the Community is the award-winning charitable arm of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed part-time Lead and part-time Assistant community football/sports coaches to join our growing Football and Sports Participation Department working on children's programmes in Sussex.

Candidates must be flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team; they must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to the development of grassroots sports programmes, and they must enjoy working with children of all abilities.

Candidates must be able to show they already hold the following valid qualifications/certificates:
• Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate (under 3-years-old)
• FA Emergency Aid certificate (under 3-years-old)
• FA Enhanced CRB Disclosure (under 3-years-old)
• Minimum Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football (Assistant Coaches)
• FA License (within 3 months of qualification/start date)
• Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football highly desirable (essential for Lead Coaches)
• Full driving license and own transport (highly desirable)
• Level 2 or higher in other sports is an advantage

Successful candidates must also be able to commit to additional ad-hoc training courses.
