3pm kick-off: 12pm, 12.30pm & 1pm.
7.45pm kick-off: 5pm, 5.30pm & 6pm.

East Central Brasserie is located in the East Stand of the American Express Community Stadium.

The restaurant is open to all supporters for a meal before Albion fixtures at the Amex Stadium, but tables must be pre-booked through the club's catering team.

The East Central Brasserie provides supporters with the perfect opportunity to enhance their matchday experience and the restaurant provides relaxed dining for all occasions.

The menu has been designed by the executive chefs and combines the freshest ingredients with seasonal produce. The restaurant will be open three hours prior to kick-off for every Albion home game.

City College @ East Central Brasserie

Lunch - Monday to Friday (term time only).

The Amex is host to a training restaurant for City College, known as 'City College @ East Central Brasserie', and the restaurant is open to the public on week days.

City College Brighton and Hove, recently praised as 'outstanding' by Ofsted, is renowned for producing top chefs, including Ben McKellar (The Gingerman) and Simon Duncan (Sam's of Brighton) and the restaurant is designed to help train the next generation of chefs in a real working environment, under the supervision of trained chefs.

City College @ East Central Brasserie is open for lunch Monday to Friday during term time, caters for over 100 covers and gives students the opportunity to train towards delivering an express lunch service - allowing busy customers to be in and out within 30 minutes on their lunch break.

The menu varies from day to day, but features high quality main courses for just £4.50 and starters and puddings for only £2.50. Examples of dishes prepared by the students include roasted beetroot and goats' cheese crostini, and chargrilled chicken thigh on crostini with olive tapenade, while traditional favourites such as quarter pound burger with Sussex cheese and wedges are also available.
