Albion in the Community for the West Sussex area recently celebrated the opening of a brand new training facility in Oving.

John Pitts, a local farmer, has kindly contributed a significant sum in order to transform his land into a playing pitch.

A mixed under-11s game was held between players from the Development Centres in Billingshurst, Westergate and Selsey, and local side Meon Milton.

West Sussex football development officer Tony Clarke said, "This was a fantastic gesture from John which has given more children in West Sussex the opportunity to play football, and we would like to thank him for everything he has done."
